Shipping Policy

  1. Delivery Timeline

    • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

    • Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location, but most orders are delivered within 3-7 business days.

    • Customers will receive an order confirmation and tracking details via email/SMS once the order is dispatched.

  2. Delivery Areas

    • We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across India.

    • If your area is not serviceable by our logistics partners, our support team will reach out to you for alternatives.

  3. Delivery Charges

    • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

    • Special offers such as Free Delivery may be provided from time to time and will be clearly mentioned on the product or checkout page.

  4. Delayed or Failed Delivery

    • In case of unforeseen delays (logistics partner delays, natural calamities, strikes, etc.), the customer will be informed promptly.

    • If a shipment is lost in transit, we will either issue a full refund or resend the order at no extra cost.


Exchange Policy

  1. Eligibility for Exchange

    • Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

    • Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  2. Non-Exchangeable Items

    • Perishable items (such as food, beverages, etc.) cannot be exchanged once delivered, unless the product is defective or damaged.

    • Items purchased on final sale, clearance, or promotional discounts are not eligible for exchange.

  3. Process for Exchange

    • To request an exchange, please contact our support team at support@eggzzy.com with your order ID and issue details.

    • Once approved, our logistics partner will arrange a pickup or guide you on returning the product.

    • After verification, the exchange product will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.

  4. Damaged or Wrong Product Delivered

    • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video evidence.

    • A free replacement will be arranged at the earliest.
