Delivery Timeline
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location, but most orders are delivered within 3-7 business days.
Customers will receive an order confirmation and tracking details via email/SMS once the order is dispatched.

We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across India.
If your area is not serviceable by our logistics partners, our support team will reach out to you for alternatives.
Delivery Charges
Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
Special offers such as Free Delivery may be provided from time to time and will be clearly mentioned on the product or checkout page.
Delayed or Failed Delivery
In case of unforeseen delays (logistics partner delays, natural calamities, strikes, etc.), the customer will be informed promptly.
If a shipment is lost in transit, we will either issue a full refund or resend the order at no extra cost.
Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Exchange
Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Perishable items (such as food, beverages, etc.) cannot be exchanged once delivered, unless the product is defective or damaged.
Items purchased on final sale, clearance, or promotional discounts are not eligible for exchange.
Process for Exchange
To request an exchange, please contact our support team at support@eggzzy.com with your order ID and issue details.
Once approved, our logistics partner will arrange a pickup or guide you on returning the product.
After verification, the exchange product will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Wrong Product Delivered
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video evidence.
A free replacement will be arranged at the earliest.
